Do they go on shopping spree while their spouse is on deployment?

My mom was a military spouse, we use to talk to my dad sometime and yes we did go shopping, but it wasn't like some daily thing

Also my aunt [my moms sister] she was a military spouse, but she also worked for the government although she shopped more than my mom

The reason why I asked is because my friend is married to a military and she's living a good life. She never works but she lives a good life. Her husband must make a lot of money during deployment.

trying to finish homework ASAP so I can go out and party with military boyfriend this weekend. Excited to visit Camp Pendleton/Oceanside again this weekend.
