The folks behind Salem have turned to a very logical person to provide a creepy song for their witch drama: Marilyn Manson. (Sure, Stevie Nicks wouldn’t have a bad choice either, but then again, she’s aligned with a different coven, American Horror Story.) The shock rocker’s new tune “Cupid Carries a Gun” can be heard this Sunday as part of the new opening titles for WGN America’s 17th-century-set drama about the Salem witch trials.

I love this sound! I hope we get to hear it in full some day (soon), although there's no word on when album number... (what is it, 9?) comes out, or whether this'll be on it.
