Currently? Yes imo. But that doesn't mean it can't smash later since it's radio is picking up. The song deserves a better video so like at this point I want it to not smash hard. If they really want to play safe because they're afraid of another uncontionally, then I need this to flop so they know sticking to some old concept because it once worked isn't going to guarantee a hit. Seems like they were trying to recreate LFN, but make it a bit different but it just didn't work. The humor didn't go with the song and it overshadowed the song.

Once Capitol reveals this is actually the second lyric video and the actual music video with big balloons is coming up it'll go #1.

Just because a song is not a huge hit a la Roar/Dark Horse/E.T./Firework/California Gurls/Hot N Cold doesn't mean it's a flop.
Give it time, it's rising. You can NOT expect every Katy single to go #1 fast and sell 5M copies.
