The thing is, he made sense as a clown. Wasn't creepy because of that. But now, he's at a creepy half clown, half civilian level and I'm not sure where I would see him. Walking down the street, a creepy livestream? Idk, but it wouldn't be anywhere an actual clown would be or for the same reasons as one.
