As someone who was a huge fan of her albums Let Go, Under My Skin & Goodbye Lullaby, I think this song, and kind of her latest album in general, are embarrassing for her standards, minus a couple of exceptions like Let Me Go & Give You What You Like.

And do Avril fans really want Hello Kitty to go viral? All it will do is kill her career and credibility. No one will take her seriously afterwards.

Not true. TBDT is light-pop and not as good as her first two albums, but it was nothing as embarrassing as Hello Kitty. Goodbye Lullaby is a great album and was a step in the right direction, but she regressed into a new low of quality. TBDT is miles better than Avril Lavigne, even.

It's just disappointing for me, I guess.
