Honestly yes, and isn'T it funny they were the ones everyone made fun of from 2008-2012 saying they were just "quick little singles" artists and now they are selling more albums, singles and concert tickets than the supposed "album artists of our generation"
I wouldn't call BEYONCE frontloaded, but all she has is album sales, so when you look at Katy who's got album sales in the same general range AND huge single sales, it does knock her out a bit. I don't know Rihanna's statistics, but they both are major forces.
The counter-argument to this of course is that Beyonce would be way ahead of Katy in album sales if she had similar monster hits (not to mention promotion) backing up her era. She can sell more albums than Katy without doing half the work.

I agree with this tbh. Katy is doing insane amout of promo for everything she does
