So I was watching the Real Housewives of Atlanta series on Sunday and of course just like everyone else that tuned in; I did see what was aired of the fight between Porsha and Kenya. Many people seem to think that Kenya Moore "had it coming", etc. but I'm of the opinion that as adults we should be able to have a debate or argument without things ever becoming physical. So with that being said with this thread I'd like to know if you condone physical violence or if you all don't think it's acceptable under any circumstance.
But as for how ok or not ok violence is depends on the situation entirely.
Does a fight where nobody really gets hurt matter all that much? It's bad in principle and I guess we need to set an example but there are shades of grey i guess.
Violence in self defense can be ok but there are things to consider such as, non violent ways to resolve the conflict, size of the opponent and severity of the reaction.
For example It's certainly not ok to beat someone to a pulp for poking you.
Well it really depends on the situation at hand we are discussing. Kenya was using more than just words using blowhorns and waving wands in someone a couple feet away from you takes it to another level.
If you **** with somebody, there is a 50% chance that they will either let you do it, or they will knock you the **** out. Thats your risk to take lol.

I was using that particular instance to start a conversation on the topic of the use of physical force in general if one felt so inclined. And referring to the other part of your comment; I don't believe that using props is enough to hop out of your seat and attack someone. The props that Kenya used weren't harmful to anyone and certainly she didn't feel that her personal being was being threatened by a scepter.
Hell yes. I haven't fought someone in a minute because I don't want to mess up my face, & my clothes are too nice, but if the right one tried me it will be lights out like XO.
I don't do the arguing back in forth like the girls like to do, because I know my hands are too quick. Knowing this I try to keep my cool, even though I generally get along with everyone I wouldn't hesitate hitting someone... I'm a train boxer btw
