A couple years ago I started cracking my knuckles and last year I started cracking my neck. It has got to be the most annoying habit ever because I never did that before and I don't know how I ever started. I've tried to just stop but after a while my neck will get tense or I can just feel it in my knuckles and it's kind of unbearable not to, especially when my neck is starting to give me a headache. And of course I don't want any of the undesirable side effects like increased risk of arthritis and potentially breaking my neck
Do any of you do it or have done it? How'd you stop?
