Yeah pretty much. The video doesn't have a real concept at all. Just random, seemingly unrelated scenes thrown together that don't completely relate to the lyrics.
I think it could have been good though, if they'd just come up with an actual direction and maybe replaced some parts with better scenes. Like for the first verse, it should have taken place like at a slumber party, with pillow feathers and them playing spin the bottle. That would have made sense. And then the candy store and random dancing could have filled in the extra space, instead of being the main scenes of the video.
