All the tracks you mentioned, even with their flaws, still have redeeming qualities about it. There is absolutely NOTHING salvageable about BA. :bilio:

Ok, so today I finally bought "Britney Jean" - the deluxe explicit version, because I'm weak and I couldn't stand my Britney collection being empty. Unfortunately the only one in the store was the the first press with "Hold On Tite" in the back
And I also got the 2012 special re-edition of OIDIA with 15 tracks and digipack case

People are just disappointed with her. I think we all had a lot of hope for BJ and then "Work Bitch" came out and we were like where's the personal and then "Perfume" and we were like "oh there's hope... " and then that snoozy video came along and we were all back to where we've stayed ever since.
So, I had a long car trip today and listened to Britney Jean in full. It was actually pretty enjoyable for the most part. Its not that the songs are bad, its just that there isn't any standout track. It all just mushes together and becomes a bit flat. Suprisingly I listen to tik tik boom and really enjoyed it.

That's the problem with BJ. The Verses are AMAZING but the chorus to put it bluntly, stink. Don't Cry is a good example, amazing intro and verses but the chorus production and build up is meh.
Hold on tight is the second best song on BJ tbh. I love it now. I might purchase the deluxe BJ now.
