You made it fun with the music, motion and videos. There's a good amount of content here and it follows in a sensible manner. I'm also glad that you ended with a link to ATRL HQ, so new members have somewhere to ask any lingering questions. If you were going to polish this up, I would ask you to redo a few of the videos. The concept was great, but those without narration were difficult to follow, and some of them ran on a bit long.

The idea and the general execution is well done, but there's a lot of tweaks that would've really helped. When it comes to guides, I want something that is clear, concise, and easy to reference or navigate. But considering the majority of the presentation is made up of in depth video tutorials for each section, the lack of a table of contents of some sort is really discouraging. It's rally bugging me! Even though it's a "quick guide", that defeats the whole purpose.
Something else I wish was incorporated: before the video slide, provide a bullet point-esque rundown of whatever points you were covering so I'd know what to look forward to - instead of giving someone the possibility of falling asleep with their short attention span. Hug, I know you mentioned it in your contribution bit, but I'm judging the entry at face value at a newbie's standpoint. Overall though, good job on creating a well compact and informative presentation.

I like how you guys did something different than just a layout and text. It was very reminiscent of what Kitt and Drip did during their cycle. My point then, still stands now though. Why would you make something to take them away from ATRL? I can understand a YouTube video doing the same thing as it can be embedded, but I just fail to see the point. It was all well constructed, well written, and easy to go through though.

What I like most about your entry is how cohesive it feels—a truly collaborative effort. The layout also looks really nice. Your intro was a bit strange; introducing new members to ATRL with rules and warnings right off the bat was jarring to me. They don't even know what they're in for yet! The "Posting & You" section was a fantastic idea. You gave just the right preview to ease new members into our wacky forum style.

I love this one also. It’s clean yet sophisticated. The structure is amazing.
The only negative thing I can say is that you kept it short with the rules. It’s not very visible compared to the rest. But other than that it’s ***Flawless.

Organized, compact, but very detail oriented as I can tell each little addition and placement was thought out and had a reason to be there. That really spoke volumes. And even though thematically it seems a little out of place, the gaycat professor and Pokemon-esque introduction was a really clever approach. "Our Forums" is pretty standard with the usual and almost verbatim description taken from each section, but the highlight is definitely "Posting & You" covering the standout themes and features of the board's community. I probably favor it just because there were lots of little images and not too much text though. I'm not trying to read a giant block of text. Overall though, really great job and I'm the whole presentation inspires me to completely reorganize my ATRL Functions OP.

I love it. I personally think this is what a quick guide should look like. You cover all the points, all the sections, and even the style that is known around ATRL. My only real critique is how I wish the point system got more of a display like everything else. It took a background appearance when it is a big part of the site.

This might be my favorite entry in the bunch, if only because it has those extra helpful bits (e.g. links to request an avatar or make your own). The "ATRL Community" and "How to Survive" sections are a cute way to introduce new members to the ATRL culture, and they feature some well-thought-out points. I don't like how you subtly encourage the stan fighting while brushing over the rules, though; that would need to be edited in another draft. Overall, a nice entry, with a clean, stylish layout.

I like the fact that it’s short, though. And the "How To Survive" part was cute.
PS: Use the {table} code in order for your posts to not be italic when quoted.

There were things that were touched on and mentioned that no one else did like putting your dob to get a shoutout in the Birthday Thread, a section giving a summarization of the general ATRL community and my upmost favorite, The Survival Guide.

What I liked about your guys' entry is that it brought a more personalized approach to things. You gave details on ATRL as a community and how to set yourself apart from it through other little customization. My only thing is, the sections and rules were shoved to the background. Also, some of the quick link colors were hard to read with the dark background. Just some minor changes.

I especially liked your "Forums" section; you really explained that part in your own words, which provided a bit of additional insight about how each part of the site is used and what to expect. I would push you to do more with the rest of your guide; I feel like I didn't get as much information as the other entries, perhaps because they dove into some of the quirkier aspects of ATRL and its culture. The color-block layout looked good, but that centered text was a bit hard to read.

I think the content isn’t bad at all. It’s good but the layout is chaotic. I just don’t know where to start and that’s sad because like I said the content isn’t bad.
I guess you were the only group who explained the rules a little bit instead of just linking them, which is a plus.

THANK YOU for not using verbatim descriptions for the section overview. I believe a member can appreciate having a clear but casual and friendly explanation for such things, so that's definitely a plus. And I know it's kind of a minor thing to point out, but I think your guys' introduction was the best out of the bunch. Very to the point. I don't need to know how to upload an avatar and where to get one in the damn introductory paragraph. The segments were standard and basic, but it balances itself out with the direct and casual summarization given in each one.

You guys were one of the few that actually posted clearly about the rules. I feel like there could be some improvements, taken from other entries, but overall this was really consise and I enjoyed it.
