Just listen to the background vocals from the second verse on to the bridge. A lot of people think it's Kesha singing the little rappy pre chorus thing but I never heard her on that part
You can hear her in some parts of the second verse, the chorus and in the bridge. When Pixie sings "Good luck finding your new rebound", Kesha is singing "Onlyyyy Looooove" underneath her. At least that's what I hear. Might be wrong, but it sounds like her alot. Kesha and Pixie sound nothing alike
If it's not Kesha, then it's someone that sounds like her
EDIT: And during the "let me break it down,
You just wear me out" Kesha is going "ooooooo" in the background
So much messiness.
Because Kesha is basically Ashley Tisdale's alter ego, so it's not far fetched to think they're both on the same song considering they're the same person 
. And the True Love one is a possibility but it doesn't really sound that much like Katy. It sounds like it's Kesha and another unknown singer.
How is Kesha doing background vocals in the second verse when it's clearly a man singing
