The NY Times reports that the boy claims he was introduced to Singer in California by Marc Collins-Rector... who pleaded guilty in 2004 to transporting minors across state lines to have sex and has fled to Dominical Republic.

It took him that long to expose? Like the elmo story it seems like all he wants is money.
In the Elmo case, the federal judge in Manhattan dismissed three sexual abuse lawsuits brought against him because the "judge said that the men had exceeded a six-year statute of limitations in filing their complaints."
