I think her single sales would be higher and she would probably hit #1 with a few singles due to streaming being a factor, but I don't see how she would have 21 album sales? Album sales are declining monthly and it's almost been 10 years since Breakaway. Katy had 5 Number ones on one album, and she barely sold 2 million in the US. Or was it three million? But either way the album sales are bad if you look at how successful the era was.

Kelly needs to rebrand herself. Her current image is not that appealing to the majority. For some reason it's still girly and gay to like Kelly. She needs a new sound, look and songs that show of her vocal abilities well... and I'm not talking about random shouting. She is coming tho. She came close during the Wrapped In Red era. Everything about that era was perfect.

I actually know a few straight guys that like Kelly. And in high school, no one questioned my sexuality even though everyone knew I stanned for her. I feel like she doesn't brand people as being gay for liking her.

So any word on an album? We haven't had a traditional studio album since 2011. I think the GP is still here for her if she gets a single out in the next few months.

She's six months pregnant. She is due in June, so she won't be releasing anything most likely this year. The plan was for her to release something this year, but it doesn't look that way. It's all speculation at this point, Kelly is literally the best of all the pop girls to avoid detection (outside of restaurants).

I would say expect it in 2015. I'm sure she'll be fine to release an album then. She still has the GP on her side, IMO. She hasn't given them any reason not to.

I really want KC to collaborate with Sia. Her new song Chandelier is something I could imagine Kelly sing. It's such a good song. Plus it falls into KC's forté; anthem-like and vocally demanding. Something the other pop girls couldn't handle.

The War Is Over and Honestly are close to being great ballads, no? But the only songs that are or could've been unforgettable (like BOY) are Stronger and Dark Side.

I find Dark Side forgettable a little tbh, when I was thinking about future singles off Stronger after Stronger, I often forgot about DS existence.

I don't consider Honestly being a ballad. The War Is Over is a cute song but it lacks something. The bridge slays lives, if the whole song was like it it would be epic but the way it is it remains being a rather mediocre song.

I meant DS could've been unforgettable (if it went top 10 or gained 160m airplay). It has lyrics most people can relate to, and is produced better than most of the songs that go top 10.

I've never been a big fan of DS, I can't really get into it or relate to it. When it leaked, everybody (not here, on the Czech website which I used as my source of infomation about Kelly, I don't know how it was here) loved it and wanted it to be the first single and everybody thought it would be a huge hit etc etc and I was like and I didn't even want it on the album. There's something about the song that I don't like, I don't know what it is....

It's not an instant smash like WDKY but I don't know, something went wrong with the MV and the Duets... It could've done decently and with luck, could've became one of her most recognizable songs.
