I was listening to Roman Reloaded (the song) the other day and Nicki's line: 'Take bitches to school then I columbine these hoes'. Made me remember about this tragedy again... Awful awful awful.

I had no idea about it. I was 8.

The first time I heard about the U.S. (news) was 2001.

I was 2, so probably at my grandparents' house (both of my parents worked, and we lived next door to my grandparents until I was 6). Didn't find out about it until years later.

I don't even remember finding out about 9/11 and I definitely remember (parts of) kindergarten. I think I found out about it on the 1-year anniversary.

I was only 3 and don't remember it. My cousin's friend was injured in it though People are so cruel

We always get threats on this day.

Sad situation for all involved.

I remember watching it on the news and being scared as I was going to enter into high school the same year.

No, I don't go there. A lot of high schools in the state (probably other places too) get threats around this time. I guess people think it's funny

I've just discovered this tragedy a year ago after reading a review of Flyleaf's album. Their song, Cassie was inspired by the events that happened in Columbine.

They also came for Marilyn Manson as well. They wanted to blame everything else instead of taking on the issues at hand.

I remember reading that the cops waited outside for the shooting to end before going inside. I've watched so many documentaries on it though so it might of not been a good one.

But I can't imagine how hard it was for everyone involved. We lost our varsity basketball captain to a random shooting and the school was so depressed. Teachers couldn't even teach. It was horrible.

I can't even begin to imagine how terrifying that would be. And the poor kids who survived, that's something you can never erase from your mind.

I has just moved into my house about 1 minute from Columbine and I remember all the sirens and the crowds of parents hoping to find their kids. It was a sad day
