YES! Empire is a huge song & deserves promo more than CRTF or Medicine.
But I also hope Medicine becomes a single, because the song is not just for Country radios, its really great. I want a video!
She has a potential monster hit on her hands. It almost went top 10 on iTunes on release week. The Voice should be enough to push it to the top 5 of iTunes & hopefully radio will follow suit and start spinning it a lot since it's being sent for adds too.
