Everyone pays radio to play their songs and it's not even the artists who do it. It's the labels. That's why this screams gaga stan running a radio station to me. They sound incredibly unprofessional and like they take the business too personal.
And the only way G.U.Y. is #1 anywhere in this world is if the person controlling the chart is biased in favor of Gaga.
