Regardless of what people say, he is a very talented producer and he is extremely versatile.

Paul did a decent job with ARTPOP (Applause and Do What U Want). He's yet to match his previous works from Born This Way. I mean, the man is responsible for smashes like Government Hooker and Bloody Mary.
Anywho, I'm too pressed at him right now after people posted how shady and rude he was to Nicki to compliment him much right now. Deserves to be dropped. Bring back Fernando Garibay.

I think she needs to show everyone a different side to her, everyone knows she can do uptempo

Absolutely. She NEEDS to release a midtempo/ballad as her next lead single. It could smash hard. Her style of EDM only goes so far (just look at Applause; it was a hit, but it went as far as it could).

Fernando's productions are a bit louder and messier, but he can basically do the same thing DJWS can do. And to be honest, he understands pop music better than DJWS does. DJWS is all over the place with this productions. There's no consistency.
She needs to get in the studio with RedOne as well. They create magic together.

I agree. Some people are just too much, acting like Gaga isn't more beautiful than they are.

Don't you mean the original lyrics, "loving you with my cherry pie"
The original version is sooooo much better and oozes sex

I feel like Gaga refuses to work with RedOne out of pride. It looks like she went out of her way to ask for him to help write Gypsy so she could throw her fans a bone. Otherwise he probably would have fully produced it. If he had time to help write the song, he easily could have produced some.

Do you think you're a music executive with visions into the future of pop music?

What are you guys even talking about? What is the "original version" and where can I listen to it?

I honestly believe that in regards to Gypsy, his contribution was minor. He must've gotten writing credits for lyrics he wrote along with Gaga in 2009 that they injected into Gypsy later on.

I don't know, but the way people are speaking in the thread it must be. They could be trolling though

Wait what original version are you talking about? I'm only aware of the 2007 demo with the extra beats and no vocal layers, and the RedOne demo submission, as for as what was actually produced.

Yeah, I kinda feel the same way lol. Like she felt she needed to include RedOne in some way. I believe he only wrote the pre-chorus and end of Gypsy, or contributed to writing that, but other than that she didn't use him at all. He sent her a ton of beats and synths and productions but she didn't use any of them (I know one of them was "Bad to the Bone"), and they never worked in the studio together. The whole "our schedules just didn't work" doesn't make sense to me. If she wanted to work with him, she would've made it work.

Let's hope this turns up on Act II.

I don't know the correct word, but there's an 'original' version and an xrated version/censored version that was played on radio, not much different, just a couple of words that make the song a lot more sexual but it's not even that obvious, just pronunciation of certain words, she's done the explicit version during multiple performances
