Give us the specific examples, tell us when we're inconsistent, and we'll try to line things up - we do try to do that anyway, but as there are over a dozen of us handling things, mistakes are indeed made. Furthermore (and this part has nothing to do with you, Devon, just the bias game in general), it is disruptive when some users claim that our bias is affecting our moderation without any evidence to support that claim. Posts inquiring about a specific instance are not only acceptable, but welcomed and encouraged. Posts that beat around the bush like "Well, I just feel like Ace/Retro/Katie/supa/modithinkisresponsibleformylastwarning is acting on his/her bias and it's unprofessional," are not good examples.

Tl;dr: Everyone just give us the links. Show us where we went wrong. And we will gladly try to fix it.
