Yankees are coming to scalp Boston this season

Guess what, I'm from Boston and I am a diehard Yankees fan.

Not even kidding. Not too happy about the long-term commitment to Ellsbury, though. I would have given him 5 years. Once his speed is gone (which it will be at age 36-37), he becomes much worse of a player both offensively and defensively.

Obviously LA, and I like the Cardinals. Rosenthal broke out last year and Maness is one of the best LOOGY's in the NL. Also, the Reds with Chapman and Broxton have the firepower. There are much stronger bullpens in the AL though.

i believe the plan (according to something on bleacher report so possibly false) with him is to trade him after ~4 years in a package with gary sanchez/slade heathcott for pitching so there's hope!

Marlins Stanton and McGehee red hot to open the season. Surprised about McGehee because he sucked with the Yankees and Pirates a few years ago. Apparently he played in Japan last year on Tanaka's team and had 30-something HRs.
