I'm expecting a storm for this, but what ifs always make for an interesting conversation in my opinion I'm a Catholic by the way, just a curious Catholic.

first and foremost let's discuss the fact that visual evidence of any kind would probably be written off as a hoax by MANY people. especially atheists. i understand what conversation you're trying to spark but still.
a) Would all atheists/people of a different religion convert?
not all, but some would. most atheists would remain stubborn, though. that's both human nature and also if the devil is really worked into your soul and life, coming to God isn't going to be easy even if it seems like it will be.
b) Would someone try to kill the angel? Or do some kind of rebellion?
yes. again human nature as well as the devil trying to deny God being with his people. plus people would be a little afraid of this kind of change. we go centuries not knowing for sure if God exists and suddenly oop he's real. it's a lot to take in and it's impossible for everyone to just react to it like it's just new information and nothing more.
c) Would governments do away with separation of church and state?
eh... not completely sure. maybe? maybe not? it'd be up for debate i'm sure.
d) What if the message was that homosexuality was misinterpreted, would governments strike down remaining sodomy laws?
this would also be up for debate tbh. i doubt everyone in authority would be totally alright abandoning what they thought they knew. i'm also going on the idea that people would still believe it's a hoax or just someone being crazy.
e) If the Westboro Baptist Church was told that they're the losers for spreading hate instead of love, would they apologize and try to make it better or would they do a rebellion like mentioned above and form their own religion with a 'human' leader?
i wouldn't be surprised if they did tbh
f) What if the message was yes, people are right to stop homosexuality and abortion, would governments suddenly strip gay rights out of fear of being condemned?
they already do and homosexuality and abortion are generally well accepted.
g) Would all gays have to go into hiding?
for the above? yes. for homosexuality being misinterpreted and just God being "real" in general, probably. to avoid condemnation on any level and whatnot. who knows.
h) Would abortions be outlawed in every country?
no it wouldn't. abortion would still be necessary for extreme circumstances but it wouldn't be used for what it's generally used for today.
i) On the other end,
if there was evidence (without the slightest doubt) that nothing exists after death, would people abandon their faith?
no they wouldn't. realistically, no they wouldn't.
j) Would governments automatically grant rights politicians denied for religious reasons?
no. if anything, not right away. traditions don't die easily.
it's worth discussing

a) Not you calling atheists stubborn yet demand and want conversation with them after you insult them out of nowhere

By the way, i will however convert if i find real hard evidence except fabricated ********, but too bad, reality and earth doesn't work that way and nature is here to call ******** on everything.
b) angels don't exist therefore the event will not happen
c) Church and state must be separated for economical, political, societal and realistic reasons. If you don't want your country to bloom in matters of human rights, expression, love, sexual liberation and want a theocracy to dictate what are you doing, then it's your right and i respect it, even if it's somehow self-destructing
d) It was not misinterpreted, the bible and the quran condemn homosexuality. Some centuries ago, they've hanged them and chopped their heads, and not so long ago, in the theocracy of nazism, gay people were used as guinea pigs, sex slaves and they've tortured them.
e) we don't care what we'll do at this point, they cancelled themselves.
