No this bitch didn't. If Rihanna sold 3.9 which is a lie then Beyonce about to pass rihanna because last time i check Beyonce album is selling faster than Unapologetic.

The tour was announced four days before the album.
The tour had 5 songs from the album and produced no televised performances and visitors 6 European countries. It was not your usual TV appearance promo.
