Do you think she would have been a big star?
Would Gaga be the super star that she is today?
Would
AND PLEASE KEEP IT CUTE. No dragging of Lady Gaga or anything that'll be enough to get this thread shut down. Please and thank you. This is meant to be a serious discussion, so leave your immaturity at the door because I'm not getting this closed
Also, don't give that "Who?" ****. Google her name if you don't know who she is Never mind. I know y'all lazy as ****:
The story goes that the two where introduced with hopes of collaborating and making it big together. Lady Gaga was supposed to be the song writer while Lina was to be the singer
They recorded a few songs together, but Lina was the main focus at the time.
Today, October 4th marks the 2 year anniversary of her death.
It is said that she commuted suicide by jumping off the top of the Staten Island Hotel on the morning of. The eerie thing is I can find pretty much*NOTHINGonline about her death
The only thing i could pull up was the article in the Advance about the ordeal, but at the time she wasn't even identified yet. There is nothing even updating the post in the Advance confirming that it was in fact Lina, all the other post have to do with the recent uproar.
Its all very weird .. why would a beautiful young 19 year old, who had worked hard for half her life to pursue a dream, commit suicide? And further more, why would Lady Gaga become Lady Gaga in only*2 months*after?*
I mean the two were friends, or is the industry*that*cut throat.
Don't get me wrong I love Gaga, but after watching Lina and hearing her songs, I like her as well. I can't help but wonder though what really happened, or if it really is as dry cut as suicide.
A song with Gaga
Her last performance before she died (a week before)
Spin U Around and I Got You are amazing songs. Also, My Angel makes me cry, so i always avoid listening to that. You could tell by her songs that she was very dark and disturbed girl though. Why did she have to leave before making an impact.

Based on the op video, no. She did very mediocre pop&rock. It reminds me of Ashlee Simpsons, Ashley Tisdale and other stars. Gaga is far more interesting.
As much as I like Lina's music, I don't think that she would have been big. I could see her maybe being on the same level as, say, Jessie Malakouti (Jessie & The Toy Boys), Neon Hitch, etc. but nothing like Gaga. It's really sad that she died so young. She seemed to have a lot of personal issues. Her suicide is still really shocking to me, even though I didn't know her before her death.
