Would you be here for a radio station built in to the updated ATRL site (when it comes) with DJs and such? It could be done on a Shoutcast server and users could apply to be DJs and play music/talk via a program like SAM Broadcaster or something. Of course it could be muted permanently for anyone that didn't want to listen, but it could actually get a lot of listeners considering how many members and guests are on the site at any time. Listeners could request songs and send in messages etc and it could be called ATRLive or something like that Just an idea, I have no idea if/how it would work or if anyone would actually apply to do it but I've seen it done on other sites so who knows?
