Well, then the statistic doesn't make sense because why would you include people in that wouldn't enroll in college, or have already finished college? I mean, if you're 50, you already finished college, but because you aren't CURRENTLY enrolled in college, the statistic goes down. So it's basically favoring a younger population because even if an older person already went to college, the percent is lower since he's already done with it.
Black women really have the best of all worlds. They don't receive nearly as much racism as black men...and unlike white women, they keep their beauty longer in the aging process...thus they are able to trade on their beauty and bodies as a commodity with men. Especially now that "ethnic" looks are all the rage.
It is a list of currently enrolled students. There are people who are enrolled in college much later in life, so having an age cut off would exclude some people.
