Sam Jay's Contributions:

My main contribution to our Quick Guide to ATRL was the "Our Forums:" sections. I created the text background, formatted it (double depth, fonts, colors, links, etc.) and wrote the text for the nine categories of ATRL. Initially I created the category headers too with a different font, but it was looking a bit out of place, with it being obvious that two people had worked on the one guide, so I asked Dancehall to redo them in his font, and now they look seamless.

My other contributions were somewhat more minor ones. The main concept of our entry, based around the New ATRL, was something that both of us were instantly very keen to explore. I helped tweak the logo a little as Dancehall tried a few different ones until we found the one that was just right. I suggested the addition of the "Lingo" and the "ATRL+" sections towards the bottom. Finally, I proofread and tweaked all of the other text, fixing any typos throughout the guide, made sure the texts all aligned relatively nicely with one another, adjusted the fonts, changed a few words around to make sentences flow better... just little bits to ensure finesse within our guide, but I think that sometimes the little things can make all of the difference.

Ultimately it's hard to single out the parts that I contributed to, as Dancehall and I worked really hard to make sure that we both had some input on almost each and every element of our final product, even though we were in different timezones, and I think that really shows. I'm quite happy with my contributions and how it turned out.
