The Jonas Brothers have powered this surge with their pop-rock sound and soon a Pop-R&B boy band named NLT will come about. NLT is made up of 4 members - Travis, Kevin, JJ, and V. They have worked with Timbaland on the following song "She Said I Said", OneRepublic's frontman Ryan Tedder, and have toured as opener on a Pussycat Dolls tour.
The video below is their second single off their debut album. The album was originally supposed to be released in March 2008, but due to leaks, they had to go and record new songs. The album is finally rumored to come out this fall with new singles.

NLT stands for "Not Like Them". The name speaks for itself. They don't wanna be labeled as just another "boyband"...and they won't be. NLT are new to most ppl, but they've been out for about 2 years.They have a very large fanbase and it will only get bigger. Their first single was "That Girl" which was played heavily on The-N channel last summer. These guys have IT, they're very unique, and I hope they get recognized more once the album is FINALLY released--it's been pushed back since forever!

It's cool, I guess I am out of touch with the tween scene and I don't know who's hot and who's not amongst 13 year olds, but I'm pretty sure these guys aren't as huge as you make them out to be, at least not yet.
