Well according to Wendy she is.

But I highly doubt it. I don't think Gaga is going to settle down until she is like 30+.
But they are madly in love so you never know Taylor might just pop the question.

Gaga strikes me as someone who would either date for a long time before getting engaged, or have a long engagement to make sure she's with the right person. Like she's said - she's only getting married once and then they're stuck with her.
