That's the user who ruined her awards page (and has significant misconceptions of what ATRL is, if you look at his talk page). You can see he has a history of controversial and disruptive edits.
Standard Wiki policy is to add a source needed tag to the article, not delete the information. He uses WP:BURDEN as the policy which justifies his actions, but that policy specifically states: "If you think the material is verifiable, try to provide an inline citation yourself before considering whether to remove or tag it."
