Riiiiiight that's why speak shaded her in her 'Behind the music special' that aired like 2, maybe 3 years ago? Just shows that after all these years she's still bitter as hell.
And let's get this very clear right now there has never been a 'feud' between the two because Christina has NOT acknowledged P!nk in YEARS.
First, she just recalled what had happened during the start of Lady Marmalade. You'd be bitter too if someone's manager came at you like "YOU ARE NOTHING. WE GET THIS. U HAS NO SAY"
So she just stated her irritation with that. And it aired almost 5 years ago.
Second, there was minor beef between them in the early days. Both said things. It's what green pop stars do. She hasn't acknowledged P!nk since SHE WAS BOPPIN along to Try on the Voice just last year? In the last 18 months?

I think she must have got lots of surprised reactions though, for her to adress it on twitter like that
Christina wanted to make a dark personal album since her debut. She wanted her debut to be more like Stripped actually but didn't have creative control. And she was already performing rock songs like "All Right Now" in 2000 and had written "Fighter" in 2000 and had written a personal song like "I Will Be" for Stripped in 2000 too
And remember, it was Linda who approached Christina to work with her, not the other way around. I'm sure she listened to M! to check Linda out to see if her material was any good before working with her or if she was some whack producer who solicited her and couldn't deliver.
It's just like how some other artists have listened to Christina's work with Sia on Bionic before deciding to work with Sia
