Flamebait is just anything you write that will annoy others, or trick them into flaming back at you, because of shade or trolling, etc. It may have been a joke, but just because she's Lindsay doesn't make it fine to shade her like that. That joke would have been warned if it would be about someone like Rihanna/Katy/etc. as well.
If you don't agree with the point though, you should make a help request. I didn't warn it, and I think the best way to reach the mod who did warn it is that way.
