Hancock is a 2008 superhero film directed by Peter Berg and starring Will Smith, Jason Bateman, and Charlize Theron. It tells the story of a vigilante superhero, John Hancock (Smith), from Los Angeles whose reckless actions routinely cost the city millions of dollars. Eventually one person he saves, Ray Embrey (Bateman), makes it his mission to change Hancock's public image for the better.
^ I'm sure The Dark Knight sux since Batman Begins sux monkeys **** as well.
As for Hancock? Definitely wanna see it. But not for Smith, but Charlize Theron <333333. She is teh sex. Anyway, the reviews of the film pretty much just fair. Not good or bad.
Is it good?
i just bought the pirated DVD but have no time to watch it, just saw the first 10 minutes, and i was like : What kind of superhero is that? LOL
It's just so unusual
It's my favourite film of the year. The only bad thing was that the story kept changing, and every time you thought you had figured out the plot, it would change into something else and then there would be another plot ? It was really confusing but my favourite of the year

there were too many story lines...with everyone hating hancock to the girl super hero and that other handless guy...in my opinion.
^ Well me and my friends thought at first that him and the girl had dated before and he couldn't remember it, and then we thought he was from a different planet, it was so confusing, yet amazing at the same time
I liked it. I actually wasn't expecting much, but I think it was good.
If it had just stayed in that Hancock-trying-to-be-appreciated storyline, it would've surely get boring, but it's nice that they completely changed the course of the movie.
