Inspired by the multiple "Perks of" threads of yesterday In a world that encourages extroversion and rejects introversion, us introverts are often misunderstood. What are some benefits of being an introvert?

For me:
- Being like this when a party gets cancelled

- Having fewer but better friends (quality over quantity)
- We're better listeners
- Landlords love us

Teachers sense it and dont make us go up to the board to answer math problems.

Not when they make us do presentations

I was shy in high school yet they always randomly picked me to answer questions aloud and do speeches first before anybody else

I totally do this I'll be like "thank f*** I don't have to go to that anymore".
