TOUR + New Music + Space performance... omfg

Random Thoughts:

1) If Gaga hadn't cancelled her Target deal in 2011, I wonder what her commercial would've looked like

2) I wonder what Bey said when Gaga initially told her the ideas for the Telephone video

3) Superbowl would be extremely good for Gaga, although I'm not entirely sure they would still want her. I feel like they try to get artists who appeal to all demographics. And yes, I realize they got Madonna, but she's a legend. Other acts in the past few years have appealed to everybody (Bruno, Bey, BEP, etc.).

4) If she did the Superbowl, as toanythingtaboo said, a Pepsi commercial would be amazing. Even another partnership with Doritos since I know they show a lot of their commercials during the game.

Gaga doing the SuperBowl would be more about generating hype and coverage than being mass appealing.

Just imagine the hoopla from conservatives and the general 'what the hell is Gaga going to do?!' press.

The beauty of it is that Gaga can showcase exactly why she deserves her career - by performing her ass off and keeping people on the edge of their seat. Nothing would be a better comeback than that.

Superbowl would be a good venture because stadium-filling Springsteen-driven songs like The Edge of Glory and You and I would work really well for Superbowl audiences, but there would be a very fine line she'd have to tread in being appealing enough for the football fans and being edgy enough for the critics.

Hopefully if she ever did do the Super Bowl they wouldn't hold her back with any aspect of her performance, because they'd want her to go all out, unlike MTV where they shut her down and we had that mess of a performance

Act 2 won't happen

At first it was coming before the tour, then in the summer (?) and now within the next year. Eventually she'll just never mention it again.

G.U.Y. doesn't deserve to be slept on like this

She said she might drop it before the tour, she never said she would, and she never said the summer, she just said "soon" this year is kinda soon, compared to when she announced ARTPOP and said it would be released "soon"

Gurls, I'm still waiting and thirsting over the DWUW video leaking. did the monstahs ever follow up? Any attempt at hacking the leakers computer?

She doesn't actually need to follow up the hype and expectation with controversial stunts - by that point people are already watching and talking about it. If she ensured her set was jaw-drop amazing in theatrical ways rather than blood-and-queer ways, she'll be fine and get the good reaction needed. Strategic collabs would benefit too.

She would, however, inevitably get "well that was boring for her - has Gaga lost her edge" stuff. Not sure how far she could push it to satisfy those voices whilst not being off-puting. Probably a killer entrance, an iconic outfit and spectacular visuals/effects.

It'll depend on when they have the 'right' material and when the 'right' time is. Before the tour was wrong. November or early 2015 are the logical release dates.

that's true and i still think it's possible Act 2 will be coming before October. like maybe in September it'll be out with a lead single in late summer.

Well it's clear that SOMEONE must be sacrificed in order for Gags to be successful. And we all know that as soon as the video leaks on Worldstarhiphop, DWUW will fly up the charts. But first...someone has to go.
