Coachella is about music, first and foremost. Outkast is a critically acclaimed group that is beloved by people that don't go to coachella just to wear neon bras with flowers in their hair and obsess over Lana Del Rey and Bastille. But unfortunately that is what Coachella has become. Its not Outkast thats the problem, people are just posers.

That's a disgusting generalization. Outkast's peak was 10 years ago, for christ's sake. You just sound bitter and pressed, like Andre 3000.

Attacking the crowd is the solution, I see.

AS I said earlier: maybe Outkast were indeed miscast as headliner, when they are not for the core audience of the festival. Still, don't blame the people who were served something they did not like. (the act goingh all diva didn't help, I guess.)

I can only speak from my experience: (Because I was there)

Everyone around me was super stoke to see them, we actually couldn't wait! They started off fine with "Bombs Over Baghdad" but in the first song Andre 300 keep saying he couldn't hear himself on the monitor. From there on out, he kept complaining about the technical difficulties (I also think they got stuck in the box the open the show with). Each did a few song by themselves and I do gotta' say that Big Boy did a great job! but Andre, he seemed like he was on a good one..! or something.. or maybe too nervous..? (cause at the beginning of the show he mentioned that his ideal Prince, was backstage) but who knows..? It also didn't help that he was calling out all the "bitches & holes" in the crowd lol To me it was pretty funny but it's just not the crowd for that, maybe at their own personal concert, yeah! but that comment really wasn't for a coachella crowd (or at least that was the respond from the crowd around me). Either way, I still had a BLAST!!!

Thats stupid logic considering Dr. Dre & Snoop Dogg peaked ages ago and they did Coachella.

They have the same legendary appeal of OUTKAST.

The crowd sucked.

It was simply the wrong crowd to have a comeback.

Smh..they should have just threw a concert in Atlanta.
