what if there's like 50+ frames?
download a sharpen action like this one and then set it as a function of F(#) and then press that key to play the automatic sharpen

Are you saving them at 256 colors?
If yes, then you are kind of stuck. Though one way to reduce noise is to bump the contrast.
(You can also manually adjust colors, but I only recommend that to advanced users.)
