It's only available for developers right now, and will come out to all consumers in May. Basically all Windows Phone devices will get them.

The tiles are awkwardly huge with the 2-size layout. The 3 column makes my phone looks HD I mean what kind of beauty

I am loving it on my 1520, but the music app is a mess. Thank god Microsoft will update that. Hopefully they will also finally give us a good FB app and bring back some of the social integration we lost.

It's in the link provided on the OP. Basically you need to have a Developers account. And then after that, just download the Developers Preview app on your phone, and from there the installation will be simple
