That's because the effects of smoking are irreversible and lead to cancer if you continuously do it
you can reverse the things fast food does to your body the same way junk food of any kind can -- by exercising and generally eating well. my point still stands, in mass quantities fast food is terrible for you but in moderation it isn't so demeaning to your health.
