The US version is unique, most global versions simply have everyone nominating and the public voting which occasional one-week variations.

I imagine the UK's HOH will only be for a week or two max before they go back to normal.

it's not the UK version that's different from the US version, but the US version which is completely different from the rest of the world's Big Brothers
