With 108,000 copies sold, very low streaming and about 40M AI, it seems very unlikely. I'd think we'd be better off hoping for him to sneak in to the top 20.
Also, Luke sets a BB record this week for being the first country male artist EVER to have two songs in the Hot Digital Songs top 10 ever (the chart started a decade ago). "This Is How We Roll" sold 86k copies and is at #10.
Also,
Crash My Party sold 19,000 copies according to BB. 6,073,000 albums sold
