I don't get why photoshop-use is even complaint worthy? Like what's so HORRIBLE about making people look better in pictures?

Because people don't just brush you up and simply make you look better. They distort your image, elongating certain parts, changing aspects of your looks that aren't humanly possible just to make you more visually appealing to the average human being. It's wrong, it's demoralizing, it's gross, and it forces women to further believe that beauty is what's being portrayed in their media.

What's HORRIBLE? The idea that distorting a picture to make it aesthetically pleasing to YOUR eyes. That's what's HORRIBLE.
