Justin Bieber on Monday skipped the latest hearing at the Old City Hall courthouse in Toronto into a recent assault charge.
The Toronto Star newspaper reports the pop star's lawyers received disclosure evidence from crown prosecutors before the case was scheduled to return to court on May 12.
Bieber is charged with assaulting a limo driver, Abdul Mohar, on December 30, 2013, after leaving a Toronto nightclub.
Aww, poor boy. I like to think the reason he didn't show up is because he stayed up all night with Austin just talking with him and comforting him because Austin couldn't sleep due to anxiety. Then he ended up sleeping through his court hearing.
