Lutfi sued Lynne Spears for libel from her book “Through The Storm,” as well as Jamie Spears for allegedly hitting him at Britney’s Beverly Hills home.
Team Spears was originally awarded the $121,000 settlement when they filed and successfully obtained a restraining order against Lutfi. The Court of Appeals Of The State Of California, in a ruling issued on April 9, agreed with the original judge’s decision and demand Lutfi recover fees associated with the appeal.
