It's actually Epic UK and they are a GOOD label.
They were responsible for JLS' UK success pre their last album on RCA (which ironically bombed). They also are the label Olly Murs is signed to and he is doing well in UK too.

Epic US and Epic UK are completely different; the latter actually being a good label
