There's a possibility it might be. Before this album, there was really a hype surrounding Beyoncé on her career looking back. I think this album might be the album that represented her as a whole.
The strategy she used to release the album will be influential. The actual music, not at all. The Dark Side of the Moon is iconic because of the radical revolutionary sound that wasn't previously heard in the early 70's. Nothing about the music on Beyonce is revolutionary or forward thinking. Its just a solid album with a great release strategy and nothing more than that.
