With cartoon reboots Transformers and Turtles behind her, Fox says she’s looking forward to future projects. A third cartoon remake of her choice?
“Gundam Wing,” responds Fox, adding she’d love to see a Jurassic Park remake in the works. “Pacific Rim was sort of a Gundam Wing situation, but they should do it. What about Thundercats?” Or maybe, she says, Sailor Moon.“That could feasibly be made into a live action movie,” mulls Fox. “I don’t know how many Americans were into that. I was into that, but I don’t know how huge it was here.”

she could be sailor Mars 4 sure! and Amanda Seyfield as Venus! J-Law should be Sailor Moon. This Asian actress i love and forgot her name should play Mercury and Jupiter im not too sure tbh.
I knew I loved this girl for a reason. I think megan is too sexy to be sailor mars. I would rather her as sailor venus. Mars was more tough and more of a tomboy.
In order to do a proper live action adaption, there would have to be A LOT of effort put into it.
01. Cast needs to be good and somewhat fit the characters.
02. Make Luna and Artemis humans or have them talk through a device?
03. Should be targeted towards a teen / young adult demographic not kids.
04. Can't be too "Hollywood-ized" and the creators need some knowledge of the series.
05. Has to be a major production, not something independent that sucks or is just alright.
06. Outfits can't be over-sized like in the Japanese live action series/musicals and have to look "cool".
07. Transformation and attack sequences can't exist or have to be cool/simple enough to avoid being cheesy.

I could see JL as Sailor Jupiter, Venus or even Sailor Moon, but I'll pass on AS and KS as anything (not hating, just don't think they fit and KS is too "meh" for my taste). Also, I could kinda see Emma Watson as Sailor Jupiter. Depends on how "young" they want the cast to look (like if they want a teen or more young adult appearance).
Meghan should not play Hino Rei who is the epitome of traditional JAPANESE beauty!
