I mean if GGGB with a re release has yet to reach it. I don't see any of her other albums getting that certification except for GGGB in a couple years. It's weird though she is the highest digital seller in the U.S., has numerous #1 hits but it doesn't strongly translate into her sales

But if Rih gets more sales and gross in Europe than in the US, then Europe is her most important market.

I would've agreed with you if she was more successful in Europe but sold more in the US, but that's not the case.
And she is already very successful in the US, but that doesn't mean that it has to be her biggest market.

I think alot of people forget Rihanna has never had a TArget Deal, has never heavily discounted her albums more than once during an era, and has only had ONE re-release.

I'm not excusing her sales because some of her albums should have done better but she hasn't had the same advantages as some of her peers.
