Janet exudes a sex appeal without even trying. She can be sexy full-clothed. Rihanna is pretty, but as previously statedx everything about her sex appeal is contrived and very try-hard. Notice majority of her magazine covers are her nearly nude. She does way too much to appear sexy. Sexiness comes from within.

Being a sex icon =/= more beautiful either. I will admit her body is amazing, but her face not so much, yes even in her prime.
Janet was a pretty girl in her prime but her looks are basic. Rihanna has this very exotic unique beauty. She could be a supermodel.
