They all need to make like a music show on disney channel or something if they want to promote there music. I like them, but I can't take them seriously as artists... even Miley or Jonas brothers for that matter.
The thing is, Ashley sold when WB promoted her album and gave her a first single with good promotion and so did Vanessa with CBTM. HR didn't even give Vanessa good promo during HSM2 time for her album...it was all about the movie. They didn't put Vanessa on Regis and Kelly singing "Say Ok" let alone "I Gotta Go My Own Way" (a song that charted unlike Demi's acoustic song that is constantly advertised on Pop itunes).
What ticks me off right now is that Vanessa's album has been released for a week now and she's only done like one appearance and now she's going on vacation. It's not acceptable if your not gonna promotee and fight with your company to get promotion then don't even release albums.
That's crazy. Who does that? Seriously.

They will both flop.
The only success right now with Disney is Miley and The Jonas Brothers, and that will end in a few years.
Selena and Demi will flop just like Vanessa and Ashley.
I highly doubt that when Disney Channel aggressively pushes an act (like with the Jonas Brothers) they usually do well. I think Demi will sell a moderate amount. There's no way she'll be HUGE, but she'll do well.

Yeah the shows having to do with music really help in sales. Just look at Hannah.
I think Jesse, Raven, Vanessa, Jordan and Hilary are all dumb for signing with Hollywood Records...Well not Hilary really because she got all the attention from the label for a good 3-4 years. But everyone else needs to leave.
btw, Epic is a terrible label! Look what happened to Cheyenne Kimball.
[random] Holy crap! Did anyone realize that the #50 selling album is only 10,000 copies!? Wtf? Raven's last album sold 19,000+ first week and was at that same number! If she had sold that much this time, she woulda had a Top 30 album. Anyways, the differences in sales by year is astounding! [/random]
