Western and northern europe is closest thing to America socially imo. Places like thd middle east and asia are far too traditional and majority black women are not going for the wife is subordinate role lmao. Asia also doesnt use dark skin...they bleach their damn selves lol.

South America is a good option but depends on what country your talkung about. A lot of latin countries love black women but some also have prejudice against darker skin because they associate dark skin as poor and light as richer

It definitely can be. Europe is seen as 'super forward' and so racism doesn't 'really exist'. There is a LOT of fetishisation here, I currently live in Spain. I get a lot of approaches, as do the black girls. But the mixed ones get mobbed, it's sad and even disgusting too. There is also a differentiation between 'immigrant blacks' (those who recently came from Africa) and 'european blacks' (ie students from the UK/France).
